Rae has nearly two decades of experience in youth work, women’s mental health, and working in the field of ending violence against women and girls.

Rae specialises in delivering empathic training and youth work that is empowering and creates space for people to not only deeply understand the impact of gender-based violence but engage with its impact on their own lives and those around them.  

Co-Director (Impact & Strategy)

Tilly has worked across communications, marketing, coordination and data analysis and research spanning numerous charities in the ending male violence against women and girls sector.

Workshop Facilitator

Tatiana works in Youth Violence Prevention. A local Bristolian, she has with years of experience working locally with young people around harm and social research.
