Misogyny TRAINING
We provide training for teachers, youth workers, and other professionals, including those in the private sector, to better understand and respond to misogyny, sexism, and sexual harassment within their specific contexts
training for Teachers and School staff
Teachers and staff are increasingly having to navigate new and evolving expressions of misogyny within their education and youth settings.
We know that incidents of young people directing misogynistic behaviour toward women staff are rising, and that teams need more support, guidance, and practical tools to respond effectively to this.
Our staff training is grounded in contextual insights from focus groups we have run with young people, equipping educators and wider staff with strategies to disrupt and challenge misogyny and its harms.
Our training will deepen your team’s awareness and understanding, and facilitates reflective practice on their own experiences and biases within a safe, empathic training environment.
We offer space to explore how your staff and leadership want to work to ensure you are disrupting this harm within your own youth club or education community.

training for organisations and workplaces
Organisations are increasingly having to navigate new and evolving expressions of misogyny within the workplace.
We know that sexist attitudes, gender-based discrimination, and misogynistic behaviours can have a significant impact on employee wellbeing, workplace culture, and organisational performance.
Teams need practical guidance, confidence, and effective tools to recognise, challenge, and prevent these harms.
Our training is grounded in current research, lived experiences, and insights gathered through our work with women and girls.
We provide bespoke training covering misogyny and its harms, active bystander intervention, and male allyship.
Our sessions deepen awareness and understanding of how misogyny can manifest within organisational cultures, while creating space for reflective practice around personal experiences, assumptions, and unconscious biases.
This can be delivered in person or online.
